Our team designed this project to be a net-zero guest residence in the tropical climate of Hawaii. The home is nestled into the hill-side for temperature regulation - harmonizing with the natural landscape and climate of the site. Sustainable features for this off-grid residence include desalination, solar power, and battery storage. The home is 2,000 SF with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It features a'a, coral, travertine, and basalt stone, extensive glass, teak detailing, and standing seam zinc roof.
