Nadine Place

Nadine Place is a new accessory dwelling unit that explores how thoughtful design can unlock more housing within the fabric of existing neighborhoods. By adding a home to an existing single-family lot, the project gently increases density while maintaining the scale and character of its surroundings.

As California continues to face a critical housing shortage, ADUs offer an important piece of the solution: creating new homes on land that is already developed, connected to existing infrastructure, and embedded within established communities.
