We’re proud to be partnering with Destination: Home to design their new office—a purpose-built hub for advocacy, collaboration, and change in the effort to end homelessness. Now under construction, this relocation marks a major milestone for the organization: creating a workspace that truly reflects and supports their mission.

At 3,170 square feet, the new office is designed to foster connection, focus, and growth. It will provide the Destination: Home team with the space they need to expand, convene with partners, and drive bold, housing-first solutions across the region. The project began with a feasibility and fit study to ensure the space could be thoughtfully tailored to their goals, values, and collaborative work style.

Key Features of the New Office include:

  • Brand Identity: Destination: Home’s brand colors are thoughtfully incorporated throughout the design, creating a strong visual identity and sense of belonging.

  • Accessibility First: The space was designed with a strong emphasis on accessibility—ensuring everyone feels welcome and can navigate the space with ease. For example, auto openers were included at the restrooms.

  • Welcoming + Flexible Collaboration Spaces: A variety of meeting areas support different types of work, including a large conference room with a sliding door that opens for expanded gatherings, a mid-size meeting room, a large phone booth, and guest chairs at open workstations.

  • Open Workspaces: The main workspace prioritizes open, flexible workstations that encourage collaboration and easy interaction.

  • Natural Light + Privacy: The layout carefully balances privacy from the street with generous natural light—maintaining an open, airy atmosphere without compromising comfort or security.

  • Partner-Ready Design: The office is designed to welcome donors and partners into an inspiring, mission-aligned environment that reflects the organization’s professionalism and impact
