Almaden ADU is a sustainable and efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ADU with a loft that increases density of a single family neighborhood while providing a greater variety of housing options in the neighborhood.

Almaden ADU is tucked away in the hillside, designed to elevate the existing home on the property and act as a rental unit for additional income, to be built alongside a new pool and patio being just out front. By building it into the hillside, it is more concealed from the street (not changing the look and feel of the neighborhood).
