Victoria brings more than a decade of experience in architecture to her work, guided by a belief that the most meaningful spaces are shaped through curiosity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the communities they serve. She joined FORA drawn to the firm’s commitment to creating exemplary environments that respond thoughtfully to the unique character of each site, client, and community.

Over the course of her career, Victoria has led a diverse range of civic, cultural, educational, and housing projects in New York, New Orleans, and Philadelphia. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for meaningful community engagement, from organizing workshops to bringing diverse voices into the design process. Her approach to design is rooted in the belief that good design is both inclusive and deeply connected to the people and places it serves.

Now based in Philadelphia, Victoria enjoys getting to know cities by bike, discovering how their landscapes unfold block by block. She is happiest near the water, surrounded by far too many plants, with her cats nearby and music playing - whether she’s making it, listening to it, or crafting the perfect playlist for a long ride. At FORA, she is excited to keep learning, collaborating, and helping shape places that strengthen the communities around them.
