Kimberly Tan

Executive Assistant / Knowledge Management Specialist / (she/her)

Kimberly Tan is an Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper at Architects FORA, a fully remote, women-owned firm where thoughtful design and meaningful community engagement come together to create vibrant homes rooted in identity and values. She brings curiosity, adaptability, and a steady, supportive presence to the team, helping to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Kimberly’s career path has woven through retail, medical aesthetics, architecture, and environmental sampling, a mix that sharpened her love for dynamic work. She found her stride in positions that blend organization, care, and problem-solving, and she’s especially energized by work that strengthens collaboration. That drive has led her to get involved with ENGAGE FORA while growing a budding interest in knowledge management.

Outside of work, Kimberly can be found experimenting in the kitchen, getting lost in a good book, or discovering a new hobby. She treasures time with family and friends and is always looking ahead to her next adventure.
